Meet Mariam: Growing up, Mariam witnessed her family members' struggles with chronic illnesses, which fueled her determination to take control of her health and fitness. At the age of forty, she joined a gym, discovered her passion for Zumba, and became a certified instructor. Mariam then obtained numerous international certificates in group training, an exercise science diploma, and three international nutrition certificates.
Through her journey, Mariam discovered that good health encompasses not only physical fitness but also a positive attitude towards oneself, body, and food. She went on to create ZumbelitFit, a fitness program aimed at helping women over forty or fifty achieve their ideal body shape, improve their physical and mental health, and foster a positive mindset. Mariam believes that it's never too late to prioritize health and is dedicated to empowering women of all ages to feel stronger, healthier, and happier.
